day of coordinator
We want your day to be magical, so leave the work to the professionals! Valley Mills Farm is pleased to offer an in-house Day-of-coordinator (DOC) for an additional charge. We offer two packages to your needs depending on the level of care and assistance you desire during your planning process.
Our (DOC) is focused on logistics so you can focus on the important things! DOC’s will help you begin preparing before the wedding and will function as the point person on the wedding day, ensuring things go smoothly.
master of ceremoy & dj services
By knowing the details of your event, they will make sure your ceremony sounds just the way you dreamed! Valley Mills Farm believes that it’s crucial for a DJ to attend the rehearsal to ensure that the ceremony sounds just as the client envisioned it. The MC will handle the introductions, the first dance, cake cutting, and getting people to the dance floor. They will work alongside the Day of Coordinator (DOC) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
bartender services
Valley Mills Farm also offers bartending services which can provide a convenient and stress-free experience for couples and their guests. With a professional and experienced team of bartenders, the venue can offer a variety of drink options and ensure that everyone’s needs are met.
